Buenas Tardes
So I guess I'll just leave a little "hey" for everyone. Today is the first day of December and, as fitting, the first snowfall of the season for Chicago. We also to celebrate the day went to the temple for the first time in a while. I always love going to the temple. I always feel like I learn a lot. It really is a house of God.
We have had a pretty chill day otherwise. Not a whole lot going on.
We had Zone Meeting yesterday and I got to have an interview with President, which was nice because he hasn't had those for a long time. We got to talk and have a good 1 on 1. Then this coming friday we are going to have a great little Training Meeting for all of us in Leadership positions in the mission, so I get to go all the way out to Naperville. That'll be weird, being away from home for a day. I rarely leave the city, and now I'm going to have done it twice this week (granted, the temple is just barely outside the city, but it still counts).
We got to have a cool lesson with a new investigator of ours, Moctezuma. He's really interested in learning and is doing really well. We also have found a lot of people who have a lot of potential. The work is going really good here. I'm really excited to see our investigator Javier get baptized. We're thinking about baptizing him on Christmas since it's a saturday.
Well unfortunately I gotta go.
Con mucho amor y carino,
Elder J.
