Time flies!

Wow last wednesday feels like it was yesterday! Man, we had a good week this week. Just barely recovered from all the sports we played wednesday and now I'm going to do it again! Really excited to do that. Plus we're going to go to the top of the hancock tower today so that will be really cool. We're gonna take pictures and everything so don't worry.

We received a really great referral from HQ this week whose name is Mario. We taught him yesterday and he's really cool. He talked to us about how he's searching for the truth, and told us about his personal struggles. He really wants to do the best he can and doesn't feel content with where he's at right now. I'm really excited to continue teaching him. He's really receptive to what we teach him and he wants to come to church this sunday.

We are also still working with all the investigators that we've been having for a while. They're all progressing gradually. The problem that we're having is that Julio and Cesar have been canceling a lot lately and so we haven't been able to teach them as much as we would like, so we will be changing their baptismal date to the 12th in stead of this week. Hopefully we will be able to meet with them today because we have an appointment with them for tonight.

Man I feel like my mission is going by so fast! It's march already. I can't believe that. I really feel like just yesterday I was at home working with all the kids and hanging out with the boys. I'm trying to live every moment of my mission as if it's the last chance I'll get. It pays to do everything you can to dedicate yourself to the Lord. True consecration to the work makes the work that much more enjoyable. You relish every moment. I have come to know my Savior much better and have come to realize the truth of the atonement in my time here. When the day comes that I return home, I want to be ready. I want to have put forth my effort and allowed the Lord to make up the difference.

I love you all very much. I hope that you guys have a great week. Expect my letters!

Sincerely,

Elder J.
