Hola a todas!
This week has been really cool. We went on companionship exchanges with the Zone Leaders and so I got to go to Palatine again. I really like it there, mostly because of the missionaries I got to work with. Elder Powell taught me a lot in the short time that we were together. The mission work is going really well. We're running low on investigators and so we're really focusing on contacting, finding and getting new investigators. It's getting better with it being all warm these days because if it's 50 degrees and sunny, you can bet that the whole Hispanic community is outside walking everywhere. It's really fun talking to people outside.
So what else is new...? Not a whole lot seems to have happened lately. There are little miracles every day, and I have plenty of stories that I want to tell specific people, but I'll write those in letters. I just wanted to let everyone know that I'm having a good time out here and hopefully I've bettered someone's life. These people are really amazing, and there is so much good to be found in everyone, we just need to look below the surface.
I'm sorry I know this letter is really short, I just don't have a lot to report on. I'm also not remembering the week too well, I'm just a little sick (headache, sore throat, average cold), so I'm not thinking too hard right now. I'll write a lot next week and update everyone. Just know that I love you and think about all of you and keep you in my prayers. I know that this work is of God, and I'm here because I want His children to feel the joy that I've experienced, and continue to experience daily, in my life.
Con Mucho Amor,
Elder Green
