News from Down South

Hey you guys! Guess What!

I have some big news today. Once again we had transfers. I had only been in Gurnee for 2 transfers, so we thought nothing would happen. We were wrong! I'm now serving with Elder Lemke in the Chicago Zone (which is south side chicago). Elder Lemke is two transfers older than me. He goes home in September. The reason I'm a Junior Companion again is because I'm a Zone Leader! We are the Chicago Zone Leaders and we live on 47th South street. Exciting huh?

Yes, South Chicago is the south side. It used to be off-limits. I'm kinda bummed, I wanted to be a pure-bred Northsider but President saw fit to have me mingle. So Elder Lemke and I are going to convert them all to the light side of the mission. He's a northsider too. These southsiders won't know what hit them.

I don't know Elder Lemke very well. I've heard a lot of good things about him and he seems like a great guy. Really really obedient. That'll be good. I'm excited to work with him. He doesn't seem trunky at all, he seems like he wants to work his heart out. Oh and we're going to speak only spanish between us, so we'll have fun with that.

Hey so yeah sorry to be short today, I'll take longer later, but I gotta go, we have tons of stuff going on and I gotta get realigned. I'm in Chicago again!! Woo!! Haha ok well Adios!
