Wednesday February 17

Hey everyone,

First things first: Trinidad's baptism was amazing. He's awesome and really it went without a hitch. Except he kinda choked on the water when President Aragon was baptising him. It was good though, especially when he received the Gift of the Holy Ghost. It's just been awesome.

Um... what else... I feel like something big happened that I should remember. Valentines was good. I didn't do a whole lot out of the ordinary. Oh, after seeing the chicken advertisement on during the Super Bowl (no we didn't watch it, but we were teaching an investigator who was watching the last quarter of it while we were there), we went to Denny's and had the free Grand Slam. They were great.

I'm going on my first exchanges on thursday and friday... I'm going to be senior companion for a day, because the other one I'm going to be with doesn't speak spanish and we'll be in my spanish area... yippee....?

Um... other than that things have been pretty normal. Little miracles every day. Like the fact that it's a miracle that I'm almost done with a letter that's taken me a week to write. I've got a couple others to write today, but I should get them done today because I don't have to go shopping or anything (thank heaven for the idea to buy Costco memberships for me and my companion). The money thing is... well a little problem. I'm operating off of 20 bucks for the rest of the month. I'll be fine, all I'm gonna need is more milk.
Other than that life is really good. It's crazy how quickly you fall in love with these people. I so love the Hispanic culture and people now. It's very different from what I came to expect back home.

I'm sorry this letter isn't very long but I'm talking to Dad at the same time and I actually have time to write letters today so I promise I actually will write them (and send them too).

Con Amor,

Elder Green.
